Payment Terms

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Contractor — Individual Entrepreneur Golitsyn Valery Valerievich — offers any capable person to conclude an agreement for the provision of services on the terms set out in this document.

Per device: 150 ₽ / days

1. General Provisions (Public Offer)

Payments and Refunds

The user's payment for the services of the service means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer, as well as the conclusion of an agreement between the user and the Contractor.

Payments are processed using the YooMoney (Yukassa) payment service in accordance with the rules of the payment system and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

The cost of providing access to the service is 150 (one hundred fifty) rubles per month per device, unless otherwise provided by the terms of special tariffs, promotions or offers published in the service interface or on official resources.

Payment for services is made separately for each connected device, unless expressly stated otherwise in the terms of a specific tariff plan or special offer.

Payment is made on an advance payment basis. Payment can be made using available payment methods, including Russian bank cards, foreign bank cards, and other payment methods available to the user at the time of payment. The Contractor has the right to change the list of available payment methods without prior notice to the user.

3. Automatic Debit Terms (Recurring Payments)

The user has the right to enable the automatic (recurring) debit function to renew access to the service.

Activating this function means the user agrees to regular automatic debiting of the subscription fee from the selected payment instrument in an amount corresponding to the number of connected devices.

The user has the right to disable automatic payments at any time through the service interface or by contacting support.

After canceling the automatic debit, access to the service is retained until the end of the already paid period.

Funds for the unused period after subscription cancellation are not refunded, except for cases provided for in Section 5 of these terms.

4. Trial Period

New users may be provided with a free trial period of 14 or 30 calendar days.

At the end of the free period, if consent for automatic debit is given, payment is made automatically.

Failure to cancel the subscription before the end of the free period is considered the user's consent to further payment for services.

5. Refund Terms

If the user has paid for services several months in advance, they have the right to request a refund for the unused period of service provision.

Refunds are made at the user's request sent to the service support.

The refund amount is determined in proportion to the unused period of paid access.

A refund can be made subject to the following conditions: the request is sent by the account owner; access to the service was not used during the declared refund period, or the period of use can be determined and deducted from the refund amount; the request is sent within a reasonable time after payment.

The Contractor has the right to refuse a refund in case of: abuse of the refund policy; violation by the user of the terms of use of the service; attempts at fraudulent transactions or misuse of payment instruments.

6. Refund Procedure and Timing

To request a refund, the user must contact support and provide the data necessary to identify the payment.

Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the payment, or by another method agreed upon by the parties, if a refund using the original method is not possible.

The crediting period depends on the issuing bank and can range from 3 to 10 business days from the date of refund approval. The request processing time can be up to 10 business days, excluding processing times by payment systems and banks.

7. Payment Cancellation

In case of an erroneous payment, the user has the right to contact support to consider the possibility of canceling the payment.

Payment cancellation is possible before the actual provision of the service or in case of a confirmed technical error.

8. No Guarantee of Service Continuity and Other Conditions

Payments and Refunds

The Contractor makes reasonable efforts to ensure stable and uninterrupted operation of the service. However, the user understands and agrees that absolute continuity of the service is technically impossible.

The Contractor is not responsible for temporary restrictions, service interruptions, or reduced access speed if such circumstances are caused by: technical work; actions of third parties; restrictions from communication operators or Internet providers; actions of government bodies; network attacks or other circumstances beyond the Contractor's control.

All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations, and if agreement is impossible, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
